Pickup Policy

Flying Phoenix PCs – Pickup Policy

At Flying Phoenix PCs, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient pickup experience, whether you're picking up a brand-new gaming PC or retrieving a serviced system. Please review the following guidelines.


New PC Purchase Pickup Policy

For the full Flying Phoenix PCs experience, we recommend our Free Local Pickup option, which includes an in-person walkthrough of your new gaming PC in our professional showcase room.

New PC Pickup Guidelines:

  • Free Local Pickup is available at our store near Phoenix Airport.
  • All "Same Day Pickup" Prebuilt PCs are immediately available for pickup.
  • Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend scheduling an appointment for the best experience.
  • If you select Free Local Pickup at checkout, you will receive an appointment link with our store address and available time slots.

For Custom Builds & Upgrades:

  • If your PC requires upgrades or is a custom build (does not have the Same Day Pickup badge on the item page), please allow 1-5 business days for preparation. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

Appointment Policy:

  • While appointments are optional, scheduling one ensures a dedicated walkthrough of your new PC and minimizes wait times.
  • If you arrive without an appointment, we will assist you as soon as possible, but there may be a wait if we are with another customer.

Service Pickup Policy

For customers dropping off their PCs or Parts for repairs or upgrades, we ask that all serviced PCs be picked up in a timely manner.

Service Pickup Guidelines:

  • Customers will be notified via phone or email when their PC is ready for pickup.
  • PCs should be picked up within 14 days of this notification.
  • If you need extra time, please contact us so we can make arrangements.

Abandonment Policy:

  • If a PC or PC parts is not picked up and there is no communication from the customer within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned.
  • At that point, Flying Phoenix PCs reserves the right to recycle, sell, or otherwise dispose of the system to recover service costs.

Authorized Pickup:

  • If someone else will be picking up your PC or Parts on your behalf, please notify us in advance and provide their name. They will need to show a valid ID at pickup.
