Quick Overview of Return and Refund Policy

  • New and Pre-Owned Computers – 30 Days
  • PC Components and Peripherals – 30 Days
  • Pre-Owned PC Parts (individual components) – 7 Days

Factory Seal Policy

  • Full refund for unopened factory-sealed PC Components and Peripherals.
  • Minimum 10% restocking fee if a Peripheral’s factory seal is broken.
  • Full refund possible on PC Components with broken seal only if all packaging/materials are included in Like New condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless returning for a confirmed Major Hardware Issue.

Tip: We strongly recommend keeping your original packaging during your return window to avoid additional repacking costs.

Return Policy for Computers (New and Pre-Owned)

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a Computer for a refund.
  • Computers must be in Like New condition, with original packaging (case box, packing foam, case bag) and all included materials (manuals, cables, accessories).
  • Computers showing signs of damage, modification, or misuse may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% at our discretion.
  • Major Hardware Issues – Free Returns: If confirmed within the first 14 days, we will provide a free prepaid return label and a full refund. Returned systems must still meet Like New standards.

Return Policy for PC Components and Peripherals

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in Like New condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories may incur a restocking fee of 10%–25%.

Factory Seal Policy

  • Full Refund: If unopened and factory sealed.
  • Peripherals with Broken Seal: Minimum 10% restocking fee.
  • PC Components with Broken Seal: Full refund possible if all original packaging and materials are returned in Like New condition and there are no signs of use or damage. Otherwise, 10%–25% restocking fee may apply.

Return Policy for Pre-Owned PC Parts

  • Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Parts must be returned in the same condition sold.
  • Restocking fee of up to 15% may apply based on inspection.

Additional Return Conditions

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Items unsealed and unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are excluded.
  • Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery cannot be returned.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping and Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of goods during transit, unless due to a confirmed Major Hardware Issue.
  • We highly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services (such as FedEx or UPS).
  • We do not reimburse repacking costs, even for returns caused by a Major Hardware Issue.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days after inspection of returned items. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless returning for a Major Hardware Issue. Restocking fees may apply.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us if you need an exchange.

Gift Returns

  • If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, store credit will be issued upon return.
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.
